The world’s most famous faces enjoy nothing more than the odd cosmetic procedure here and there. However, these past 12 months have seen more and more celebrities revealing their cosmetic secrets. Here are just four who flaunted their fabulous faces whilst bravely spilling the beans.



  Christie Brinkley Christie Brinkley, 62, looks better than ever. Her secret - Botox injections in her neck. The stunning supermodel revealed all during an interview with Social Life magazine in July. The blonde told the publication: “I think that dermatology has come a long way and that there’s so many great things that they can do to make you look as good as you feel, and I don’t have a problem with Botox and fillers.”

  Robbie Williams Take That sensation Robbie Williams turned to cosmetic procedures after his fans began to comment on his ageing face. In November, the singer – aged 42 – had no qualms when it came to talking about the work he’s had done. He said: “I’ve had Botox and some fillers and something done to my chin. And I really like it.”

  Martine McCutcheon Former EastEnders actress Martine McCutcheon told the world that she had work done after an illness made her face appear ‘ravaged’. Speaking on Loose Women in November, the actress explained: “I’ve always had nice skin, I've always had a nice beautiful glow - and now it's gone. So I had Botox."

  Carol McGiffin Carol McGiffin turned to Botox after surviving breast cancer. The television personality said that she decided to treat herself to the procedure because she began to feel like ‘an old tramp’. In April, she told Bella magazine: "I just want to try and look my best. I don't make enough effort". Carol, 56, also revealed that she wouldn’t rule out a facelift in the future.
